To host a picture simply:
1. Go onto photobucket.com/ and make an account there.
2. Once you have made you account, in the "Add Pictures" box click on browse and find the picture on your computer that you want to upload.
3. Click on submit and wait until red writing comes up at the top saying "*Photos successfully uploaded"
4. Scroll down the page until you find your picture which will be in the "Photos" box.
5. Copy the "Img" link and put it with your post.
6. Job done... ;D

www.myfilehut.com/ - free, 250 MB upload limit, unlimited download limit, easy to use (if it's not down due to updating etc...)
www.zippyvideos.com/ - free, 10 MB upload limit (20 MB if you become a member which is free ), unlimited download limit, really really easy to use.
rapidshare.de/ - free, unlimited upload limit, unlimited download limit, easy to use.
www.yousendit.com/ - free, 1 GB upload limit, about a week download limit, easy to use.
www.putfile.com/ - free, 10 MB upload limit, unlimited download limit, really really easy to use.
